Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The following items are NOT eligible for return:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Gift cards.
    • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at NanyangZhiqiRu@163.com within the return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a specific return shipping address. Please do not ship your return without an RA number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Jovira is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at NanyangZhiqiRu@163.com with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.

Return Shipping & Address

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Returns must be sent only to the authorized return address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our company office address.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Eligible non-final sale items purchased as part of a promotion may be returned for store credit only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at NanyangZhiqiRu@163.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
