Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Order Verification: For security and order accuracy, all orders undergo a verification and packaging check. In rare cases, this may extend the processing time by 1 business day.
- Order Modifications: To modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before your order enters the fulfillment stage.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide from China. Shipping costs and options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Methods & Timelines

- Standard International Shipping (Economy):
- Delivery Estimate: 15–30 business days after shipment.
- This is the most cost-effective option, ideal for non-urgent deliveries.
- Express International Shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx):
- Delivery Estimate: 5–12 business days after shipment.
- Available to most countries, providing faster delivery with full tracking.
Please note: The 3–5 business day processing time applies before the shipment date. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Important: For international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Jovira and are determined by your local customs authority.
- Non-payment of these fees may result in delivery delays or the return of your package.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
Delivery & Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
- Once the carrier marks the package as “delivered,” our liability ends, and we are not responsible for loss or theft.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional reshipping fees will apply.
Shipping Issues
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for an extended period (exceeding the estimated delivery window), please contact us.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product and its original packaging in your message.
